Southwest of France Created in 2005 by Alban and Marthe de Genouillac.
Location
50 km North East from Toulouse, 5 min from the historical center of Gaillac, the Domaine Genouillac opens its to the first vinyards of Gaillac.
Identity
The Domaine Genouillac makes wine from 8 differents grape varietal: Duras, Fer Servadou (or Braucol), Loin de l'Oeil, Syrah, Muscadelle, Sauvignon, Mauzac and Chasan.
Everything leads to a great soil (terroir)
- Poor and varied soils (clayey and chalky hills, sandy and gravely plains);
- Temperate oceanic climate;
- wind from Autan, hot and dry.
Every wine, red or white, can thus express itself fully on its favorite soil.
Wines from Genouillac result from experience, demanding and precise work, conducted all year long, in the vinyard and in the winery.
